"This is absolutely the most wonderful and amazing place - I like love it!!!!!! I’ve lived in this area my entire life and it’s an absolute necessity to have close to home! This is the best business the Northshore has ever seen! Fishing supplies, live bait, craft beer, Louisiana produced snacks, hobby shop supplies, vendor visits which allow you to try the newest products of various specialty’s... the list is basically endless. It’s very new and completely innovative! The owners are extremely accommodating and and very knowledgeable pertaining to fishing and the products they carry. They can tell you the types of fish that are hitting and what types of bait the fish are hitting on! They do not steer people wrong! They rent and sell kayaks and paddle boards! They have kayak tours that lead you deep into the bayou — a realistic Louisiana expression and experience! I have personally watched Mrs. Shannon work the hardest I’ve ever seen someone strive to make their business successful and customer based. This place is an experience that can only truly be felt by taking a stop in and becoming acquainted with the worldliness of this magnificent antiquity."

"Jeff was our amazing tour guide, He and his wife own this place and are amazing hosts. We couldn't have been more happy with the outcome of this adventure. We took our 2 daughter's on the laid back Sunset Bayou Tour. We learned so much about the bayou area we were in, wildlife, culture, history and even got to see Big Mama. He's a huge alligator that allowed us the pleasure of passing through his front yard. This was an experience we will never forget. We will definitely be back again. From the moment we arrived at the shop to the moment we left they made us feel like family and it was just a great experience all around."
